Pine Valley South, Jefferson County's hidden fishing oasis, is less than an hour's drive from Denver, and about as close to Colorado Springs. This 14.41 acre parcel is part of River's Run at Crystal Lake, an eleven-tract community which contains a mile of private fly fishing (both banks) on the North Fork of the South Platte River. This tract comes with a lifetime membership in the Perfect Drift Fly Fishing Club (PDFC).

This is an interior site that is split by the road, with the lower portion extending down to, as well as across, the river. The building envelope is in the upper portion with some high mountain views at the top of the site. Tent camping is allowed on property.
