Leslie Ranch has 2,809 +/- deeded acres and is comprised of 5 separate parcels, situated in the beautiful/pristine corridor of rugged sandstone canyons, natural arches, spires and alcoves of the McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area w/ 123,000 acres of BLM lands. These deeded parcels adjoin 5 huge BLM livestock allotments w/over 24,000 +/- acres that are a part of the Black Ridge Wilderness Area w/ 75,000 +/- acres - includes vehicle access into the wilderness as a BLM permittee. These BLM allotments are included and can easily winter 150-200 head of cows from early December thru end of May coupled w/the deeded parcels. One water well, 7 stock ponds, good fence and roads. No easement restrictions and electric runs thru the deeded. Two sets of working livestock pens. Elevations are 6400’-6700’, both 28 Hole Wash and Trail Canyon Wash traverse the deeded.
